Hackney Colliery Band Tour

November 2014

A Music-Net tour that took place in November 14 featured Hackney Colliery Band.

Featuring trumpets, saxes, sousaphone and marching percussion the band mine nuggets of funk, hip-hop, afro-beat and high octane rock to create a show that’s as diverse as the borough that gave the band their name. Their uniquely British take on the modern brass band sound could include a ‘Progidy’ medley amongst the evening’s catchy originals and cunning cover versions.

The accolades keep flooding in for the band.
